Nyuma accepts returns/refunds.

• In the event that an item arrives damaged, or does not correspond to the item ordered and its description, Nyuma undertakes to refund the full amount paid by the buyer, excluding shipping costs. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. In some cases, a photo of the damaged or unsatisfactory item may suffice. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the item.

• If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 14 days, at your own expense. Nyuma will reimburse the value of the item, excluding shipping costs, which remain at the buyer’s expense, from the date of receipt of the item. In this case, in order to ensure your right of return, the label on the item must not be detached, removed or ripped off. If this condition is not met, we will not be able to accept your request.
